Obituary of Boris Guiller Rudniski, Jr.

Boris Guiller Rudniski, Jr., 10, went to Heaven on February 29, 2024 at Nemours Childrens Hospital surrounded by his loving family after a courageous fight with CIC Rearranged Sarcoma Cancer.  

Boris, Jr. was born in Melbourne, FL on September 29, 2013 and his life was filled with adventure and love. Being a very young, spirited and happy child, he loved the beach and watching SpongeBob. His favorite food was chicken prepared in any way. He loved to travel around the country and the world; he especially loved Michigan and to see the country and his family in the Philippines. His wish to go to Hawaii was granted by the Make a Wish Foundation and he enjoyed everything the beautiful Islands had to offer. Boris, Jr. loved dinosaurs and Legos, and loved playing on his iPad; he enjoyed playing Roblox with his friends. Boris, Jr. had a dream to become a professional football player and a doctor. Boris, Jr. was very intelligent at his school, Westside Elementary where he always had straight A’s in his classes. He loved the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. Boris, Jr. was a kind and caring person for anybody; he was always smiling and his positivity was infectious to everyone he was around.  

The family left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Boris and Rose Marie; sister, Khyristina; brother, Gabriel; stepsisters, Catherine (Casey) and Carra; grandparents, Guillermo and Felicidad Lumongsod; aunts, Xena, Evie (and family), Lucy (and family) and Rosalie; uncles, Igor, Bryan and Guillermo, Jr.; great aunt, Lucy Guy; and a host of extended family from the Phillipines: Florie, Mike, Ian; Elvie and Ruben Villamor and their kids, Josh and MJ; cousins, Rolan, Rylan, Charie, Ethan, Jillian, TJ, Hiannah, Mia Bella, Gaven, Guirlly Shenn. 

The family also wants to acknowledge the close friends that became family of Boris, Jr. over the years; George and Jean Bears and their kids, Brandon and Braydon; Dave and Melanie Arnett and daughter, Malia; Crystal Robinson and daughter, Akhira; Mike and Gina Roberge; Mercy and family; Pat Halm and family; Scott Dewitt and family; Mike Lopez and family; Melvan and family; Randy Vanoosten and family; Mercedes (in America) and family and Crawford and family. 

The family of Boris, Jr. are grateful for the many blessings bestowed by the organizations/staff that were there for Boris, Jr and his family; Dr. Maxwell and the Nemours staff; Dr. Mercado and the Orlando Health staff; VITAS hospice staff; Pastor Carl Rivera and family; Joash Rivera and family; Westside Elementary School and especially the wonderful teachers; Palm Bay Police Chief, Mario Augello and staff; Palm Bay Fire Department; Palm Bay Paramedics; Amentum Electrical Group; Jessica and the Candlelighters Agency; and the Make a Wish Foundation. 

The family of Boris, Jr. will receive friends at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care- Palm Bay Chapel on Friday, March 15 between 4-7 P.M. and Saturday, March 16 between 4-7 P.M. The funeral service will take place on Sunday, March 17 at Ammen-Palm Bay Chapel at 1:30 P.M. with Chaplain Sol officiating; followed by a final goodbye and interment at Fountainhead Memorial Park. 

 The family would like to express their gratitude and generosity to anyone who loved and cherished Boris, Jr. over the years. Boris, Jr., even to the end, fought bravely and valiantly for his life; his wish to his father and to his family was to find a cure for his cancer to which his father, Boris says “I will promise him to fulfill his wish for whatever I have to do.”
