Walter John Woods, 80, of Melbourne, FL passed away February 14, 2010. Born in Los Angeles, California on July 2, 1929, he was the son of Calub Orrin and Veda Grace Woods.

He is survived by this daughter Cynthia A. Masdon; and son-in-law Bobby G. Madson; granddaughters Amanda B. Masdon and Heather N. Masdon; great grandchildren Kayla Masdon and Jaydon Masdon. He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Dorothy Ann on May 23, 2005.
