Norma Jean Carpenter

Melbourne, Florida

Norma Jean Carpenter, 85, died, Friday, February 19, 2010.

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she moved to Brevard County in 1993 from Washington, DC.

She was a graduate of the University of Minnesota. A fluent musician she played with the Minneapolis Symphony, once for the King and Queen of Norway.

Her family includes her husband of 64 years, Arthur A. Carpenter; children, Kathleen Thorn and Raymond Carpenter; grandchildren, Brandi Carpenter, Scott Carpenter, Colin Finnegan, Sara Carpenter; Cody Thorn, Acacia Thorn and; great grandchild, Brandin Carpenter.

Norma Jean was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother – she will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
